Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are provided for purchases made through GET FUNDED (getfunded.vip). It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with them. It does not limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
1. The refundable evaluation fee
The evaluation fee is a one time charge that is refundable with your first qualifying payout once you have been funded. In practice, this means that if you pass the evaluation, receive a funded account and successfully request your first payout, the original evaluation fee is returned to you in accordance with the terms presented at checkout. The refund of the fee is credited as part of, or in addition to, that first payout as we specify.
2. Digital nature of the service
Our evaluations are supplied as digital services. Once account credentials or access have been issued, the service is treated as delivered. Except as provided in section 1, or where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, evaluation fees are non refundable after access has been granted because the digital service has begun to be supplied with your consent.
3. Statutory withdrawal rights
Where you are a consumer entitled to a statutory cooling off or withdrawal period under applicable law, that right applies. However, where you request immediate access to a digital service and acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right once supply begins, the fee may become non refundable once access is granted, to the extent permitted by that law. Any rights you have under mandatory consumer law are not affected by this policy.
4. Optional add ons
Optional add ons purchased at checkout, such as enhanced profit split or additional features, follow the same principle as the evaluation fee. Once the associated access or feature has been delivered or activated, the charge is generally non refundable except where required by law or where we state otherwise at the point of sale.
5. Duplicate, erroneous and unauthorised charges
If you are charged in error, charged more than once for the same purchase, or believe a charge was unauthorised, contact us promptly. We will investigate and, where we confirm an error or unauthorised charge, issue a refund of the affected amount.
6. Refunds we may decline
We may decline a refund where we reasonably determine that you have breached our Terms of Service or the trading Rules, attempted to manipulate results, engaged in fraud or abuse, or where a refund is requested after the service has been fully delivered and no statutory right applies. We may also withhold or offset amounts where you owe sums to us or where required by law.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe are unwarranted by providing transaction records to the payment provider.
8. How to request a refund
To request a refund or raise a billing question, contact our support team on Telegram from the email associated with your account, and include your order details. We review requests promptly and in line with this policy and applicable consumer rules. Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in effect at the time of that purchase. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
